ALUMA started with a simple problem: our dog was in pain, and the solutions available weren't good enough. Pain medications came with side effects. Vet visits for professional light therapy were expensive and time-consuming. Handheld devices required us to hold them perfectly still for 15 minutes per joint — and our dog has four legs worth of joints.

We knew the science behind red light therapy was sound. We knew it worked. We just needed a better way to deliver it. So we built one.

We believe every dog deserves access to advanced therapeutic care — not just those whose owners can afford weekly vet rehabilitation sessions. Our mission is to bring professional-grade red light therapy into every home, making it as simple and effortless as filling a water bowl.
